TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

When Renting Products, the hirer agrees to the following:

  1. If there is any damage to the gear, the hirer is liable to pay the repair cost (if possible to repair) or pay 70% of the cost of the gear currently in the market to the company. (If any of the gear is scratched, we would charge 1000/- for the scratches and if it is severely damaged, 70% of the cost needs to be paid)
  2. Rain Gear cannot be repaired if damaged and can’t be used further. In case of damage, 70% of the cost of the gear will be charged (non negotiable). 
  3. The hirer has verified and is satisfied with the condition of the gear.
  4. Any delay in return of the riding gear have to be informed 3 hours before the return time, despite which Rs.100/day will be charged as penalty along with the extra day’s rental.
  5. In case of Invalid Local Residential Address proof, an equivalent of 70% of the M.R.P of the gear rented will betaken as Refundable Security Deposit. If neither the Address proof is submitted nor the extra Deposit Amount is paid, the order will be considered cancelled and cancellation charges as per Booking Cancellation Policy will be applicable. 
  6. Booking Cancellation Policy:
    • If cancelled more than 3 days prior the rental start time: 5% of the total rental and deposit amount will be the cancellation charge.
    • If cancelled 1 to 3 days prior the rental start time: 25% of the total rental amount + 5% of the total deposit will be the cancellation charge.
    • If cancelled 0 to 24 hours prior the rental start time: 50% of the total rental amount + 5% of the total deposit will be the cancellation charge.
  7. Early Return Policy: (early return during the rental period)
    Rent will be re-billed as per the discount rate for the no. of days used and additionally, 50% of the difference with the Initial Rent will be taken as Early Return Charges.
  8. All gears must be collected/dropped during our working hours only. Our working hours at HSR Layout is: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (closed on Wednesdays).
  9. In case the gears are to be returned by changing from store pickup to doorstep pickup, the same is to be informed to us latest by 5:00 PM and should be scheduled for 6:00 PM or before only.
  10. Security Deposit Refund:
    • Online transfer of refund can take 4-7 days. Refund details has to be provided by the hirer within a week after the rental period is over, failure to which the security deposit will be forfeited. 
    • Cash refund will be done on the same time of return.
  11. In case you do not return any SD card/strap/liner etc and the same is not returned in 2 days, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
